Your Order
Please use our order form for computing your order. If you would like us to compute the total of your order or to confirm the total you have computed, please feel free to email us at dulcimerdog@aol.com and we'd be happy to help.

Shipping
We normally ship US  mail upon receipt of your order. Please include your phone number and email if available on your order form so we can call you if there is a question about your address. Our price schedule for shipping is for the mainland United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii or foreign deliveries please email for a shipping price quote.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept exchanges and returns of unworn merchandise within 15 days of the original delivery date.  We hope you understand our policy and we will strive to have all our customers be happy with their order. Customer is responsible for paying postage for returning the merchandise to us. On exchanges we will pay the postage back to the customer.

We are currently offering our jewelry on a wholesale basis to established dulcimer and music shops.  Please email us for further information.
